Legislation
Designed and built in compliance with UNI stan-dards EN ISO 15883 – 1/-4/-5 UNIEN IS 14937: 2009; guarantee high disinfection level and / or low temperature sterilization flexible level and / or low temperature sterilization flexible endoscopes of all major manufacturers on the market.
"Hands Free" System
Composed of upper glass door tempered and an-ti-crush safety, ad automatic opening by button or pedal, facilitates the
activities of the operators and guarantees safety and convenience of use.
Single Shot
Equipped with a closed-loop washing system, with use of detergent and disinfectant in single dose chemical solutions at each cycle, with con- centrations and exposure times that they comply with the guidelines; the canisters are placed in a special Cabinet equipped with lock for controlled access.
Filtration system
The Endoscopes Washers of the Gandy series are equipped with a filtration system for water pro-duction microbiologically controlled which provi-des the use of two filters up to 0.1 microns and a for air that provides an activated carbon filter and one for removing acid vapors disinfectant.
Fast and secure
Every single unit is optimized to ensure themes reduced treatment, ensuring a clean carried out to preserve with extreme care the integrity of your endoscopes with a time of reprocessing less than 23 minutes (standard cycle).
Watertight seal
Watertight washing chamber, without emission of vapors into the environment, thanks to the activated carbon, controlled openings and non return.
Gandy 45
Equipped with a single washing tank, it allows to reprocess, by immersion and jet, 1 flexible endoscope and up 4 Endoscopes without operative channels.
Gandy 90
Equipped with 2 asynchronous washing tanks, it allows reprocessing, by immersion and jet, 1 or 2 flexible endoscopes from the main manufacturers on the market through a disinfection / sterilization process.
Endoscope Washer-Disinfector Gandy 45
Single bowl machine capacity to hold 1 endoscope including large ultrasound endoscopes.
- Pass-Through in testing phase. Expected production 1st quarter of 2023.
- Designed and compliant to EN 15883-1/-4/-5, EN ISO 14937:2009 and AS4187:2014. Guaranted high level disinfection or low temperature sterilization of flexible endoscopes.
- Door is manufactured in tempered transparent glass.
- Automatic opening lid using foot pedal or button (hands free) provides ease of use & lessens risk of cross-contamination. Equipped with Anti-crushing mechanism for operator safety and integrity of the endoscope.
- Programmable automatic self-disinfection cycles using Chemical and low Thermal processes. Operator selectable.
- Fast cycle of only 19 minutes, while guaranteeing perfect cleaning and decontamination of the endoscope.
- High performance cleaning cycle enhances manual cleaning and optimises disinfection & sterilization processes.
- Each cycle generates complete documentation via an integrated thermal printer.
- All reagents operate in a closed circuit via single shot dosing.
- Uses either COLD POTABLE or COLD RO water connection only.
- HOT water is not required negating use of heat pumps if mixed water supply is required or located peripherally or externally to the department.
- COLD water reduces risk of bacterial growth (particularly of legionella and pseudomonas) and biofilm formation.
- For use with potable or RO water.
- RPZ water return prevention.
- Integrated Traceability system.
- Automatic Leak test during all phases of the cycle minimizes leak-related repair costs.
